What it can't give us

Clover apps installed by the merchant can change how orders are written. If a shop uses a heavily customized app, tell us and we'll check before you connect it.
Pre-auths on open tabs are ignored until they settle.
Very old Clover Station firmware reports timestamps without a timezone; we detect it and fall back to the shop's trading hours.
