For social media managers

The work was good. Now you can show what it did.

You already know which posts felt like they landed. Numal turns that feeling into a line an owner can check against their own sales, so the monthly review stops being a defense of your job.

The review you've been having

“Reach is up 40%, saves doubled, and we grew 900 followers. Business feels about the same though, doesn't it?”

Every third Tuesday, in some form, for as long as this job has existed

The owner isn't being unfair. They're asking the only question that decides whether your budget survives, and the metrics you were given can't answer it. Reach describes what a platform did with your post. It says nothing about the shop.

Numal reads the client's point of sale — read-only, with their permission — and compares the hours after each post against that business's own baseline for the same weekday. What comes back is a figure in currency, next to the post that preceded it.

What changes on Monday

It will also tell you things you'd rather not hear. Most posts return close to nothing, and the report says so out loud. We think that's the price of the two that do.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need the owner involved?

Yes, and that's deliberate. They approve read-only access to their point of sale from their own account, and they can revoke it without going through you. An integration that worked behind the owner's back would be the wrong product.

What if I only run the social, not the shop?

That's the normal case. You connect the posting accounts, the owner connects the POS, and neither of you sees more than amounts and times on their side.

Will it make me look bad when a month is quiet?

A quiet month looks quiet either way — the difference is whether you found out in the report or in the meeting. Agencies who show the zero line tend to keep clients longer, because the wins stop reading like marketing.

I'm in-house, not at an agency. Does this still fit?

Yes. The plan is priced per connected business, so one business is the cheapest version of it. Same reports, same two-week baseline.

And the trial doesn't end until a first real report exists — the baseline takes two weeks, so there'd be nothing to judge before then.
