For agencies

Renewal conversations that open with a number.

Numal matches each client's posts to their own settled sales, so the monthly report arrives with a figure in it rather than a chart of impressions. Built inside an agency that lost accounts it had almost certainly made money for.

Return, not reach

Attributed revenue against the retainer, on the first line of the report. The number the owner was going to ask for anyway.

Including the quiet ones

How many posts returned nothing, stated plainly. It's the line that makes the other three believable.

Days of baseline

Per client, before anything is credited to a post. Say the date out loud at kickoff and nobody is surprised.

Across the whole book, not one client at a time

The portfolio view sorts every account by what it returned against what it costs. That's an uncomfortable screen the first time you open it, and then it becomes the one you plan the quarter from.

The client sees the same report. Not a lighter version, not a delayed one. It's the thing that makes an owner trust a good month, and it costs you nothing you should have wanted to keep.

Questions people actually ask

What if a client refuses to connect their POS?

Some will, and that's their call. You'll have been charged nothing — the trial doesn't end until a first report exists, so an unapproved connection costs you time rather than money.

Can the client see everything we see?

On the report, yes. Your portfolio view across other clients is yours alone, and no client's data is ever visible to another.

Is this going to get us fired on a bad month?

It shows a bad month as a bad month. What it also shows is which post worked and what it had in common with the last one that did, which is the difference between a diagnosis and an excuse.

How is it priced?

Per connected business, per month — $39 on Starter, $59 on Growth, $89 on Pro, and a quoted rate for Network, which is for groups running their own locations. Full detail on the pricing section.

Which POS systems does it read?

Ten, including Square, Toast, Clover, Shopify POS and Lightspeed. Each one's limits are written out on its own page.
