What it can't give us

No customer record at all, so this POS cannot tell a new customer from a returning one. If a client's whole question is repeat business, SumUp won't answer it and we'd rather you knew now.
12 months of history, which is the shortest window we work with. Year-on-year comparisons only become possible after a year with Numal.
Cash-heavy traders will see a smaller attributed figure than they actually take.

For a market trader, the honest framing to a client is footfall in the hours after a post, not lifetime value.
